Please note that if you elect to use insurance, I accept the contracted rates with the insurer and that you would be responsible only for any deductibles, copays, and/or coinsurance. If you elect to privately pay, please understand that the rates help to cover the costs for the treatment of marginalized folx who are sliding-scale, minimal fee, or underinsured.
Individual Therapy
55 minutes ($280 / hour)
Short-term and long-term individual therapy services for skills-based, supportive, coaching, and/or dynamic treatment needs. Note that insurances cover this fee through various forms in-network and out-of-network benefits, so be sure to inquire about your coverage unless you elect to not use insurance.
Some sliding-scale and minimal-fee slots are available by need, so reach out to see if any are open.
Couples / Relationship Therapy
55 minutes ($280 / hour)
Couple / Relationship therapy for monogamous, polyamorous, open, and nontraditional relationships. Note that many insurance companies do not cover couples / relationship therapy.
Psychological Assessment
Full Psychological Assessments on hold
Psychological assessments and letters are offered to referrals for Bariatric Surgery, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Gender Affirming Surgery, Personality Assessment, Fitness for Duty, and differential Learning Disability / Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Note that many insurance companies may not cover specific evaluations, so please verify benefits before any service is provided. Assessments are offered based on need, referral source, and availability, so please reach out to inquire more about your specific needs.

Below are the insurances that I currently accept in-network. Out-of-network insurance benefits are also accepted and billed directly to the insurer instead of superbill reimbursement to the client (when feasible or unless you elect to self-pay to remain outside the insurance network). Payment methods will be confirmed prior to the start of treatment for ease and clarity when services are provided.
Please Note: Because there are so many insurance options available and a wide variety of factors can affect your coverage, I strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit. A consultation with your carrier about the amount and extent of your coverage will help prevent any confusion, misunderstandings, or frustration about your financial responsibility for certain services.
